Caitlin Kelly is a freelance multimedia journalist based in Dakar, Senegal. In the past year, she has reported from South Sudan, Chad, Sierra Leone, Senegal, and The Gambia. Working across video, text, photo and social media, her work typically covers humanitarian crises and human rights issues. Before moving to West Africa, she covered the Israel-Palestine file from Jerusalem and reported from East Africa.
